KMS-12 Intelligent Armored Movable Metal-enclosed Switchgear is suitable for 3.6~12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid,able to receive and distribute electric energy, and conduct the control,monitoring and protection for electric circuits, used for single-busbar segmented system and double-busbar segmented system. The product is the new-generation intelligent product that is independently designed and developed by the company on the basis of learning from foreign advanced manufacturing techniques. lt can provide the real-time information on the healthy conditions of the equipment,enabling early detection of potential equipment failure. In addition,the product can meet the requirements of unmanned and regional monitoring center station management mode, receive & execute the control commands sent by the monitoring center,control center and local background system,and automaticaly complete the relevant equipment control.

结构特点

1.Excellent performance: The three compartments of the switch cabinet are provided with pressure release channels to release the pressure generated by internal arcing faults.

2. High protection grade:The switch cabinet has the comprehensive measures to prevent maloperation. The reliable mechanical interlock is installed to meet the"five-prevention" requirements of the power system.

3. High intelligent level: Use the loT technology, edge computing technology, and IEC61850 technology, complete the mechanical haracteristic analysis, electrical characteristic analysis, temperature characteristic analysis and other functions of the switch abinet through the connection of various sensors, and achieve the“sef-perception" for the healthy conditions of the switch abinet.

4. One-click visual sequence control: Conduct the one-click operation on the remote computer to achieve power supply(grounding witch opening-chassis moving to the operating position-circuit breaker closing-spring energy storage),and power outage (circuit reaker opening-chassis moving to the test position-grounding switch closing), able to remotely watch the equipment movement rack via video during the entire process.

5.Switch cabinet status maintenance:By collecting the status information of on-site equipment,analyze the healthy conditions of onite equipment,and activate alarm signals at different levels.Upgrade the patrol inspection and planned maintenance to the status aintenance, to effectively improve the work efficiency of operation & maintenance personnel.
